Our Mission

Mepkin Youth Hunt was created by a group of hunters who see an opportunity to give to those who’ve given their all while protecting the country we all love.  This hunt will provide the children of military families and or with disabilities with a unique opportunity to spend time with each other in an environment that promotes youth involvement in the great outdoors.  Guided by experienced hunters the children will have the opportunity to harvest quality low country whitetail while learning the importance of conservation and the need to continue this hunter heritage through future generations.

 

Instrumental Supporters

This hunt mimics one called Low Country Field of Dreams that provides a hunt every year for children fighting cancer.  Both Mepkin's Youth Hunt and Low Country Field of Dreams operate as a nonprofit charity organization that seeks out ways to help children get involved in the great outdoors.
